We regret to inform you that due to mismanagement by our previous logistics and sales partners, Enventys Partners and Fulcra LLC, you may experience delays in receiving your pledge. Unfortunately, Fulcra went bankrupt while holding approximately $35,000 in customer payments—funds that were never transferred to Sitpack. Additionally, Enventys Partners claimed to have raised $800,000 for Campster 2 sales, add-ons, and shipping, yet we only received approximately $650,000. Despite multiple requests, they have refused to provide any information regarding the missing finances.

Adding to the issue, Fulcra LLC / Enventys Partners mistakenly shipped all 5,000 fleece seat covers instead of the correct mix of quilted and fleece versions. As a result, only the quilted version remains available. Furthermore, $5,000 was allocated for express shipments of Sitpack 2.0 Bundles, but due to Fulcra's mismanagement, these were mistakenly shipped as Campster 2 units.

To make matters worse, Enventys Partners spent approximately $25,000 of the funds raised through Fulcra on marketing efforts that resulted in zero return on investment. Yet, they still claimed a 15% success fee on total revenue, further increasing our financial loss.

This situation has placed a significant logistical and financial burden on Sitpack, as we are now fulfilling orders for which we never received product or shipping payments. Despite our best efforts to resolve this issue amicably, we are now pursuing legal action to recover damages.

Given the scale of the issue—thousands of incorrect orders—we are handling each case individually, which may result in further delays. We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this.

For missing or incorrectly delivered items, we hope you can accept the item you received rather than requesting a replacement. While we would love to accommodate all requests, our resources are extremely limited.

Although we are unable to offer reimbursements, we can provide a quilted version as a replacement. We understand that this situation may impact your trust in us, but please know that it was entirely beyond our control. We remain committed to finding solutions and appreciate your patience and support.

How did this happen?
We granted Enventys Partners collaborator rights on Kickstarter, and they built the Fulcra platform on Shopify. They essentially created a webshop using our assets—photos, Kickstarter data, and customer information—while linking it to their own banking details. They never provided Sitpack ApS access to the platform, leaving us with no oversight. This was a blatant breach of trust and highly unethical business practice.

If you’d like to proceed with the replacement or have any further questions, please let us know.

Best regards,
Jonas
