As I was used to constantly carry around a 50Cl. beverage, making a foldable seat with the same proportions seemed like a clever idea. By making a comfortable alternative to standing, a sleek design that can be transformed into a seat in seconds would also help eliminate the wasteful consumption of low-quality camping chairs, often being left behind at outdoor events.
The result: A sleek, cylindrical device; comprised of glass fiber and reinforced polycarbonate, with the exact measurements of a 50 cl can, that can hold up to 100kg/220 lbs. and height adjustable. Yes, the quirky, yet useful festival idea had come to life.
A device that can be pulled out and used as a seat to provide anyone with the rest they needed as well as a tool for helping people who have chronic ligament problems or suffered sports injuries making standing seriously uncomfortable.

I had spent my 2010 summer holiday traveling to Italy where I got back to nature and did some hiking. I was also able to squeeze in some wakeboarding. Unfortunately, my ankles took a beating, which not only made it difficult to walk but also stand.
To cap the summer I went with some friends to the Roskilde Festival and let me tell you, having two busted ankles at a Festival is no fun, especially when there was no place to sit. That's where I came up with the idea for Sitpack. A tool for helping people that have chronic ligament problems or suffered sports injuries, making standing seriously uncomfortable.
This goes for Ex-marines, athletes, people that have bad ankles, knees or back etc. Sitpack is made for portability, hence one leg - not four or three. It also comes in handy for anyone that does not enjoy standing and waiting for hours.
