Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

I bought, a year ago, a sitapck zen to commute in public transports. Less than 6 months later, after using it daily, the folding mechanism broke, preventing the full folding. The customer service asked me vidéos of it and sent me a new one for free. 6 months later, the mechanism broke the same way. I guess there are little plastic hooks in it for to keep the sit pack folded or unfolded. These should be replaced by metal ones to prevent any of them to break.
So, the sitpack zen is suppose to be better than than the regular one but it seems not to be. I’m disappointed.

Really well built and an upgrade to the original. Lighter easier to carry and works well. I purchased to use standing at airport check in. Especially in foreign airports where queues are random and slow. Due to medical conditions prolonged stranded is extremely painful and the sitpack is a godsend.

Great looking product, but after 8 months it broke, I emailed sitpack customer service who have just ignored me, time after time, still waiting for a response to rectify my chair, the zen aluminium one.!? Videos and pics already sent.

This chair is great. Its fun and quirky. I always get comments. It is really nice for standing in long lines, it really helps just shift body weight around so your not on your feet all the time when you dont need to be. I just love sitting and this helps me do it anywhere
