What is the estimated delivery time?

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

Can I change or return my item?

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

sturdy but need more cusions !

seat warmer is feel good
but I have problems with the glow in the dark foot for the Campster chair
they don't stayed on and keep coming off the legs. seem like a poor materials or design. disappointing.

Good solid chair

Good chair, solid features… But - one of the locking bud’s keep refusing to lock. Sitpack delivered a link to youtube for a fix👌 But the bud just hasn’t got the memo yet😅

I got this warmer in a package with the Campster chair and have used it a couple of times; once at a windy school sports day and once on a cool evening on camp. It is easy to fit and adds definite extra warmth to the chair. Some of this is due to the insulation, but a lot is due to it blocking wind coming through the mesh panels on the chair. Although it makes the chair a slightly snugger fit, it also improves comfort slightly with a lightly quilted layer adding extra softness. I would rate it as well worth having if you use the chair in English weather or anywhere that isn't always hot!
