Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

The sitpack kept falling apart when I opened it. I put a few screws in. Now it stays together fine. It also came with a cusion case that falls off a little to often too. I think I may apply some adhesive or drill some more holes and use zip ties to secure it better. Over all, I really like the product. Just one more suggestion though. It's a little too tall for me when it's fully extended. I always shorten it by one level before using it. Maybe if you could offer different sizes, the entire package could be a little smaller for people who don't ever need the full size. I would buy again. :+1:

I bought my first Sitpack shortly after its launch. I have been traveling with it ever since. It is most effective when visiting museums and galleries. It is infinately more portable than the circular collapsible non Sitpack variation in the market. The T configuration doubles up as my second walking stick. On a longer walk a second walking stick ease the stress on the 'better' limb.

Cheap plastic … only two height positions … not that ergonomic

the sitpack works fine but by foot broke. Now i cannot use the sitpack anymore because i cannot order foots at the store because they dont have any in store but they do sell sitpacks i am not gonna sell a new sitpack i have one already. i just want some foots so i am forced to buy something else now.
