Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and you are required to cover the cost for the return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please read about our product thoroughly before making your purchase. If you return your item it needs to be in a re-sellable state. Once we receive the product we will take pictures and a video of our team opening the product from the packaging to check the condition of the product while recording. If everything is OK, we will refund you the purchase price including the original shipping cost of the product.
For any product issues or malfunctions that appear to be factory made, please send us pictures and/or video so we can determine the issue. If it is clearly a manufacturing fault we will send you a new product with free shipping. These photos and videos can be sent via email to hello@sitpack.dk.
If you are shipping an item $30-$50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless we sign for the delivery.
Please note than if you have purchased via Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Makuake, Campfire or any other Crowdfunding platform you warranty and return policy maybe different. Please contact us for more information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including but not limited to:
- The item(s) are not in the original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return was requested more than 30 days after receiving it.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from approval, please double check your bank account again. If you confirmed you still have not received the refund then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@sitpack.dk.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
